Rebecca Wilson is a Jacksonville personal injury attorney serving clients from the Farah & Farah offices downtown. With a tremendous background in the financial sector, Rebecca has honed her skills as an organized, process-driven legal maven. That experience plays a major role in her success as she takes on insurance giants and even the biggest corporations for clients injured in cases like car accidents and slips and falls.
At Farah & Farah, It’s a Total Team Approach
One of the first things I noticed when I began work at Farah & Farah is just how accommodating this team is. The family atmosphere is no accident; it’s a deliberately inclusive approach to how we operate within our teams and with our clients. Attorneys here are eager to help one another, and we can tap into each other’s experiences whenever needed. That level of collaboration is powerful; it helps us perform better for our clients and makes the atmosphere here a far more enjoyable place to work.
Taking Your Case From the Very Beginning
As a pre-litigation personal injury attorney, my job is to take your case right after you speak with our incredibly knowledgeable intake department. At Farah & Farah, we work from the very beginning to help get you the treatment you need, gather crucial evidence, and start building a strong case.
I love working in pre-litigation because I get to help people from the start. What drew me to this line of work is that you get to know your clients and their stories. Accident victims are undoubtedly going through some of the toughest times of their lives. Being empathetic and helping them through the legal process is extremely rewarding to me. Going up against the insurance giants can seem daunting, but I’m here to help my clients overcome every legal hurdle.
Details Matter in Personal Injury Case Work
For a large part of my professional career, I worked in a global financial services company. My job was to help ensure our team was compliant with a huge number of different regulations, and my role was the final check before accounts were finalized. That experience taught me some great skills, especially in being detail-oriented and organized.
Making the transition to personal injury attorney, I found that these skills are also the hallmarks of an effective attorney. In this role, we have many different case actions that must be executed at the right times in order to achieve good results for our clients. I’m grateful for the skills I developed in finance because they have helped me be the best prepared I can be every day. By being organized and prepared, I can hit the ground running with a game plan for taking care of what needs to be done for my clients.
Time Off Is Important, Too
When I’m not busy taking care of my clients, you can usually find me outdoors with the light of my life, my daughter, Violet. We love going to parks around town, with Sunshine Park in Jacksonville Beach being pretty high on our list of favorites. We’re also partial to days at the beach and trips to the many amazing springs we have not far from town, like Little River Springs Park and Royal Springs. When I get a little time to myself, I love to curl up with a good book and get lost in a story. I’ve also been active in many deserving charities like Ronald McDonald House and Habitat for Humanity’s ReStore shop.
