Tiffany Newcomb demonstrated her prowess in personal injury early on. With a huge list of accomplishments and fantastic case wins, her record speaks for itself. But it is her ability to inspire as a true servant leader that embodies everything we do here as a client-first firm. Our entire team is indeed lucky to have such a powerful presence among our ranks.

Meet Tiffany K. Newcomb

Tiffany K. Newcomb is a Managing Attorney based out of the Farah and Farah Jacksonville office with responsibility across multiple locations. Having spent her entire career working up the ranks at Farah and Farah, Tiffany utilizes her knowledge of every aspect of the firm to foster an environment that sets her team up for success. In her role as managing attorney, she helps provide guidance on complex cases, mentors young lawyers, and leads our pre-litigation department to ensure they are providing the best possible representation to each and every one of our clients.

I Make Sure Our Attorneys Have Every Tool They Need to Be Successful

The Farah and Farah Jacksonville office is busy and understandably so. This is the headquarters for a firm with hundreds of attorneys, paralegals, and other top-tier legal professionals spread across offices from Atlanta to South Florida. Even though we’re one of Jacksonville’s largest law firms, we’re still a tight-knit family business and it’s part of my job to help keep it that way. Chuck and Eddie are very much involved in the day-to-day. They get to know their attorneys, ask about our children, and make us all feel like we’re a part of something. It’s quite rare to get a boutique experience in such a large and organized law firm but that’s what we do every day.

I have spent my entire legal career at Farah and Farah. I have always been a personal injury lawyer and I gained immense experience in both pre-suit, where we’re building a case from the ground up, and litigation, where cases go to trial. While I don’t handle cases anymore in my management role, I now have the opportunity to provide the necessary support that allows our incredible team of lawyers to do the very best job possible for our clients. One of my favorite duties in my role as managing attorney is working with our team’s newer attorneys to teach them all I’ve learned about the Farah and Farah way. The firm’s mentality has always been to maximize the compensation for our clients while getting the best possible medical treatment to help make them well. Helping clients feel better and getting full value go hand in hand with every case we take on as a team and I take immense pride in instilling these core values in our newest team members.

I’ve Done My Job if Everything is Running Smoothly

Making sure our attorneys have every tool they need, with absolute cutting-edge training and access to the latest legal resources means we’re always evolving and always improving. Overseeing the pre-suit teams, I’m doing everything from analyzing complex reports to helping an attorney better craft their arguments to fully convey the hardship a client has experienced due to a defendant’s negligence. I train my team to build relationships both with clients and with each other to solve problems together. I have to be a mentor, an encourager, and a motivator so that our clients get the best possible outcome. I stress the importance of collaboration as it is one of the many strengths of our firm. When a client hires Farah and Farah, they know the issues of their case will be solved by multiple lawyers working together to figure out the best path forward.

I’m meeting with attorneys and case managers daily, working behind the scenes to make sure it’s all running smoothly and any bottlenecks are eliminated. Moving cases along and getting those fantastic outcomes for our clients is truly a team effort. My goal is to make sure cases are resolved as quickly as possible with the best possible outcome.

Family is Everything to Me

Ask me what my favorite sport to watch and I’ll tell you it’s my kids’ sports teams. I have three young boys who keep me incredibly busy with all the games and practices for baseball, karate, football, and pretty much anything else they might take on. It’s busy but I absolutely love it. My family and I live out in Callahan surrounded by our extended families.. Weekends are for hanging out with family and friends, big cookouts, and making memories.

On those rare occasions we do get out of town, we love just going to the beach or a quick trip down to Orlando. Now, if it’s college football season and I’m not at my boys’ games, it’s a sure bet I’ll be cheering on my alma mater, the FSU Seminoles, as often as I’m able. Our family is also very involved in our local church and we are honored to serve there in various capacities.
