He is always up for a challenge and works relentlessly to get his clients the best ruling possible. Let Me Show What My Experience Can Do for You

In both my work in the military and as a personal injury lawyer, I’ve gained invaluable experience. My first job outside of law school was working as a case manager for another firm in Jacksonville before starting at Farah and Farah. That work was only for a brief period before I was deployed overseas with the Army. After about a year and a half of active duty service, I returned stateside and started again at Farah and Farah. My time in the military has given me excellent leadership skills and tenacity when facing the challenges of a personal injury case.

Over the course of my career as an attorney, I have always been in the personal injury realm. My years as a case manager working behind-the-scenes have given me keen insights into how cases like these work and how to best represent my clients. These skills have taken hard work to develop, but I’ve never backed away from a challenge. Maybe that’s the military man in me, but this work takes discipline. Over the years, I’ve built up my time management to work hard and efficiently, even when much work is needed.

My preparedness and military service benefits me as a personal injury lawyer. You never know what can happen next, but I keep calm when something unexpected happens. That’s what makes me so good at seeing my clients through every twist and turn a case may take.

Representing Auto, Premises, and Personal Injury Cases in Jacksonville

As a personal injury lawyer in Jacksonville, I represent a wide range of cases. I’ve seen a lot over my career and am no stranger to tough situations. My sole focus is helping personal injury victims to get the compensation they deserve. When you’re injured, your life can get overwhelming at an alarming pace. With medical bills and personal care expenses starting to pile up, it can be easy to feel like there is no end to your situation. An accident or injury doesn’t have to mean financial ruin, however. That’s where I step in. When I’m on a case, I strive to give my all to get my clients the fair compensation they deserve.

Whether you are injured from a dog bite or in a premises liability incident, I represent both in Jacksonville. Premises liability cases often involve big insurance companies and a lot of legwork. These challenges don’t intimidate me. When I take on your case, I fight on your behalf to hold the property owner accountable and get you the financial help you need. I help premises liability victims get fair treatment to help them cope with their injuries.

The majority of my cases, however, involve advocating for automobile accident victims. I enjoy working on automobile injury cases because every case is so different. I help my clients navigate the sudden life-altering situation after an automobile accident and help them get the pieces back together. There are a lot of steps to getting fair compensation after an accident, which is why I’m here to help every step of the way.

A Steady Hand to Guide Through Your Personal Injury Case

I remember one particularly challenging case in which a younger man was injured in an automobile accident involving a large truck. My client was driving a truck with a trailer hitch installed when he was rear-ended. The young man sustained a shoulder injury that required surgery to be corrected. But because there was no damage to the vehicles, the insurance company claimed the injuries were not possible and refused to cover his medical expenses.

Even though this was a particularly challenging case to solve, I did not back down from the challenge. Digging deep into the mechanics of the crash, I was able to prove that the car accident was the cause of the injuries. Having the tow hitch meant the force of the crash transferred directly into the vehicle’s frame and compounded the forces that caused my client’s injuries. In the end, the insurance company paid out a quarter of a million dollars to my client.

When everything seems chaotic, and at its worst, I keep calm. This comes from my military service. In the Army, you don’t have time to let a chaotic situation get the best of you. My clients need a stable hand to guide them through some of the most difficult times in their lives. I provide that calm in the storm that the victims of an automobile accident or personal injury need.

Farah and Farah Values their Community, and So Do I

Working at Farah and Farah, I have the unique opportunity to see first-hand the good that we do here. A cause that is near to my heart is their partnership with the Five Star Veterans Center in Jacksonville. I recently spent time volunteering with this organization myself, and it is some of the most rewarding work I have ever been a part of. The way that Eddie and Chuck Farah emphasize serving veterans and other areas of community involvement is genuinely inspiring.

When I am not in the office or working, I enjoy spending time in Riverside. This area is close to my home and offers a lot of fantastic food and activities. I’m a foodie at heart, so I’m all-in any time I can find a new food truck or below-the-radar taco stand. I’m also a big fan of sports, whether it’s watching the University of Michigan football team or playing a pick-up basketball game.

While I have passions for sports, food, and travel, my top priority has constantly been raising my daughter, Michaela. Being a father is one of the greatest joys in my life and is always a good way to challenge myself. Together we have a dog, Kardi, a sweet and gentle pit bull that keeps us entertained.
