Making Sure No One Gets Taken Advantage Of
Car crashes ruin people’s lives every day. Often, these crashes occur during troubling times in our lives, causing us to feel burdened by everything that is going wrong. I am here to lift that burden. Whether it’s a motor vehicle collision or a premises liability case, I always guide my clients throughout the personal injury process from start to finish. I strive to make sure my clients have efficient and aggressive representation to prevent any of these big insurance companies from taking advantage of them. You can count on me to make sure your voice is heard.
Whether I’m following up with clients and seeing how their treatment is progressing or going toe-to-toe with insurance adjusters, my focus is making sure that every milestone is reached to move my cases forward towards a positive outcome for my clients.
Working With the Strength of an Entire Firm Behind Me
I love that Farah and Farah has such a family-focused atmosphere. I don’t say that to pay lip service…Eddie and Chuck are some of the most passionate leaders I’ve ever worked with. I’m a huge family man so this firm providing me with unlimited potential and trust in my abilities is incredibly humbling and rewarding.
The open-door policy at Farah and Farah means I always have the support I need to get the best results for clients possible. You just don’t find this level of encouragement with most big law firms.
Personal Injury Cases Are Just That, Personal
I love volunteering at Jax Legal Aid, an organization here in town that helps to provide pro bono law services to needy individuals. Being able to handle cases for people that have no idea who to turn to makes me know I’m doing something positive to effect change in my community.
One really memorable case I worked on involved an individual fleeing war-torn Venezuela for the U.S. Despite having both his Bachelors and Masters degrees completed in the States, this man who was close to my own age was facing possible deportation. With a lot of work collecting all of the necessary paperwork and background information, we were able to get this man an OPT visa to remain in the U.S. Cases like these are so rewarding because I pour my heart and soul into making sure justice is served for truly deserving people.
