Meet Mario Errico

Mario Errico is a personal injury attorney at Farah and Farah in Jacksonville. From taking trials to court while working at the State Attorney’s Office, to working on the other side for insurance defense law firms, Mario’s level of experience is hard to beat. Bringing all of this experience to bear with each and every client, Mario has a tremendous track record of getting favorable outcomes for his clients.

Bringing Cases to the Finish Line Is What I Do

I came to Florida to be closer to family because family really is everything to me. I’m 100% Italian so naturally, getting together with the entire family is a major part of my life. I felt the same way when I first came to Farah and Farah – I felt that I was joining a family of legal professionals.

Putting in the hours, I was able to graduate from a very tough program at the Florida State University College of Law. After law school, I spent time in both the State Attorney’s Office, as well as on the civil defense side. Those experiences made me realize that my true passion lied with helping victims in personal injury cases. Leveraging my diverse experience helps me move cases forward and bring my clients closer to the justice they deserve.

Empowered Attorneys Get Better Results

When an entire law firm has your back, the results are impressive. From my very first interview on, I could feel something different in the environment at Farah and Farah. Even with my many years of experience, I haven’t experienced something like the helpful, open-door policy of this law firm.

Being empowered as an attorney means that I’m trusted to use my skills and experience to create the most effective strategy to deliver a successful outcome.

Making Communication With Clients a Top Priority

For me, being a personal injury attorney is so much more than the court cases you see on TV. There’s fielding client calls, contacting insurance adjusters, following up on treatments,, investigating, analyzing injuries, finding the right treatment, even counseling my clients as they go through a really tough situation. All of this is done throughout a typical day to keep my clients well taken care of and informed every step of the way.

Fighting Against the Giants, And Winning

One of my most memorable cases was while I was at the State Attorney’s Office. A man pleaded not-guilty after he was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. This individual had hired one of the top DUI defense attorneys in Orlando to represent him. Despite the several hurdles presented due to the lack of evidence against the individual, my trial partner and I were able to see that justice was served, ultimately obtaining a guilty verdict on behalf of the State of Florida. When the case was over, the Defense Attorney even congratulated us for our success.

This experience taught me that it doesn’t matter how big the opposing side is or if they have all the resources in the world, a solid game plan and a good measure of grit can produce favorable results for clients time and again.

Family Is Everything

When I’m not preparing for my next case, you can usually find me behind the piano or exercising. Music and fitness are my two main passions and have served as the best stress relievers after a hard day’s work. However, during football season, there’s no place I’d rather be than rooting on my hometown Buffalo Bills. Our family loves getting together to watch the Bills, and every Sunday feels like a mini-holiday. Being full-blooded Italian, these watch parties can get pretty animated, but the time spent together with family is hard to beat!
