Nicholas Boyle brings such a depth of experience to this position because he actually worked for the insurance company. He knows their playbook and uses that now on the plaintiffs’ side to get absolutely everything his clients deserve. However, it is my firm belief that his devotion to his family and to this community are the driving reasons why he’s so good at what he does.

Meet Nicholas Boyle

Nicholas Boyle is a Jacksonville personal injury attorney at the Farah and Farah downtown office. Having started his career defending insurance companies, Nicholas learned how to interpret policy language and find a solution that worked for his clients. Now, he puts that experience to work for everyday people who aren’t getting a fair offer from their own insurance companies after an accident.

With hundreds of hours in law school spent working pro bono cases for the Gator TeamChild Juvenile Legal Clinic, Nicholas has the ability to see eye-to-eye with clients from all walks of life, helping them to understand their options, and get a conclusion they can get excited about. Bottom line, if your insurance company is giving you the runaround after an accident, Nicholas Boyle is who you want leading your legal team.

Flat-Out This Firm Settles Cases For More Money

My very first experience here at Farah and Farah was getting paired with seasoned attorneys and seeing how they effectively wrapped up their cases. What I noticed was that these cases were getting settled for more money and the clients were really excited about the results. The clients weren’t in pain because they were in great treatment programs and they weren’t worried about their bills because these settlements were usually more than what they might have gotten elsewhere.

Farah and Farah can get these kinds of results because of who we are as a firm. Eddie and Chuck have created an atmosphere where we all work together, contributing our individual talents to get better results. We also have a virtually unlimited budget to go after everything our client’s case deserves. Not every firm can do that, and it’s definitely an advantage I noticed from day one.

I Used to Defend Insurance Companies, Now I Fight Them

I spent more than three years on the defense side defending insurance companies in personal injury and first party property lawsuits. Working as a defense attorney, I’d win a case based on case law and the policy language. The goal was usually to settle for an amount that our side could stomach and move on. That experience was invaluable but I definitely knew it wasn’t where I wanted to spend my career.

Moving over to the plaintiff’s side, I’m now representing injured people against some of those same insurance companies. I use my knowledge of case law in this field, how to interpret policy language, and insight into how insurance companies value cases to build a solid case arguing for everything my clients deserve. My entire goal is getting results that my clients need to be made whole again after an accident.

Analyzing the Details of Your Case Is What I Do Best

A skill I honed first as a personal injury and first party property defense attorney was analysis. I love analyzing something, finding the problems, and implementing a solution that make things better. In my current role as a personal injury attorney, I have to analyze records, reports, policies, and other key information to know all the angles and get the results my client needs.

I’m really good at analyzing a case from top to bottom and use my attention to detail to my advantage to resolve cases in my clients favor. This skill allows me to be efficient in my work and get better results, faster.

Helping the Underserved Comes Naturally

In law school, I volunteered a lot of my time in the Gator TeamChild Juvenile Legal Clinic and at the Olmsted County Public Defender’s Office. In fact, I volunteered more than 200 hours and even received an award for it. But I definitely didn’t do it to be recognized, at least not by the law school. I did it for the everyday people that literally have nowhere else to go and really needed our help.

The most rewarding case I was ever a part of was a juvenile case I handled at the Gator TeamChild Juvenile Legal Clinic. I was working with an at-risk teenager to help stop him from getting a felony charge. This mark on his record would have negatively shaped the rest of his life. Through our work together, I felt like he was looking up to me and I worked all the harder to get him a good result. To me, that’s what being a lawyer is all about. I love that Farah and Farah places such a huge emphasis on community involvement and encourages each of us to make a positive impact in our own communities.

Downtime Is Important Too

I have a wife, young son, and two Australian Shepherd dogs that are my absolute world. Downtime is important to me because it helps me relax, recharge, and also be present in my family’s life. When I’m not in the Farah and Farah Jacksonville office and its baseball season, you can bet I’ll be catching my favorite team, the New York Yankees, every chance I get. My family and I also love the beach and get out to local gems like Neptune and Atlantic Beach as often as we can.
