Farah and Farah is a Well-Oiled Machine That Flat-Out Gets Results
From my very first day at Farah and Farah, I could see that this is a strong, high-functioning enterprise. I’m in the Orlando office but our team is incredibly connected across locations that it feels like I truly have an entire army of attorneys standing with me. The culture here starts with a great training program that prepares each of us to live up to the high standards that Eddie and Chuck have created.
Additionally, I know if I ever have any sort of issue or question that I can call or text either of these gentlemen and get a response right away. From my observations, it is this accessible, client-first leadership model that has allowed our firm to make such huge splashes for our clients, time and again.
I Know How to Make Your Accident Case Relatable to a Jury
Pretty much everyone has been, or at least has known someone in their close circle who has been, in a car accident. When I get your case into the courtroom, I get the chance to talk to the jury and help them understand exactly what happened during the accident and why you deserve what we’re demanding from the insurance company. I use my experience in litigation to help tell my client’s story and present a case as effectively as possible. I enjoy trial advocacy because it’s something that I’m good at.
Accident cases can be complex and it takes good communication to explain and unwind complicated matters. Arguing a case in front of a jury and actually making it persuasive takes excellent communication skills – it’s an art form. These are skills that I’ve developed and continue to hone after many years of securing solid victories for my clients.
Persistence Pays Off in My Experience
A case I’ll never forget was where I represented an elderly woman who was the passenger in a bad car accident. The car she was riding in was rear-ended so hard that it was violently pushed into the car in front of it. My client was foreign to the U.S. and not in any way familiar with the court system or how insurance works. Unfortunately, I’ve seen time and again where for-profit insurance giants take advantage in situations like these and they threw out an extremely unfair offer to my client given the severity of the crash.
Based on her injuries and the crash, my experience told me that she deserved far better than what they were offering. I had to explain to this woman to be patient while I was assertive against the insurance company. In the end, I was able to triple the value of what my client received in the form of a six-figure settlement. This poor woman was lost without my guidance and would have been just another file for the insurance company but, through persistence, we finally got her everything she deserved for the accident.
My Office May be in Orlando, But I Help Accident Victims Across Florida
I absolutely love the atmosphere here in Orlando. It’s a busy place but there’s always something to do and so many fun spots to check out and the Farah and Farah Orlando office is right in the middle of all the action. My family and I enjoy the many attractions in our great city.
If it happens to be football or basketball season, it’s a good bet you’ll find me catching the Orlando Magic or Tampa Bay Buccaneers whenever they play. This downtime outside of my busy schedule at Farah and Farah in Orlando is crucial for helping me recharge my batteries to be that much more effective when I’m back in the office.
“Miguel Ubiles is very much a people person which is something I noted in the very first interview. I believe this skill serves him well as he expertly champions his clients’ cases in front of even the highest courts in Florida. I’ve never once seen him back down from a challenging case and he continually impresses me with just how much he’s able to accomplish for his clients day in and day out.” – Chuck Farah, Senior Partner at Farah & Farah
