“Welcoming” and “Resourceful” Are How I’d Describe Our Team

I’m honored to work with an outstanding team in the Brunswick office of Farah & Farah. I work with a close-knit team that has some of the top legal talent in practice today. Eddie and Chuck Farah have built a dream team of attorneys, paralegals, case managers, and scores of support staff to ensure we can go the distance with every case that comes through our doors.

My coworkers here have helped create a welcoming, resourceful, and caring environment. The people I work with genuinely care about the cases we represent and I’m grateful to work in such a friendly and experienced law firm. The beauty of our office in Brunswick is that you get the small-town feel of a local law firm with the full support of the entire Farah & Farah team behind us. That means we have virtually unlimited resources to draw from to make the strongest case possible to seek every penny your case deserves.

Representing Individuals over Insurance Companies

Working with Farah & Farah gives me the opportunity to help people, not corporations. I’ve seen how insurance companies can exploit people who are involved in an accident. Because I represent victims in personal injury cases, I get to help my clients receive life-changing compensation after they get hurt.

Getting to help ordinary people be made whole again after their accident is far more fulfilling than trying to protect the pocket book of a giant insurance company. I absolutely love what I do and I’d choose this line of work any day.

I’m Glad to Be a Guide for My Clients

What it all comes down to is that I am here to help my clients make it through some of the most difficult times of their lives. As a personal injury lawyer, folks are coming to me when they’re injured, stressed, and usually being told they don’t deserve anything. I see that my clients are going through so much already, which is why I take immense pride in relieving their stress by guiding them through every step of their case.

Many people see the justice system as unapproachable. I strive to make the legal process accessible and understandable for my clients so they know what steps to take. From helping them see the right doctors and getting treatment to negotiating with medical providers and insurance adjusters, my job is to shoulder my clients’ burdens. Helping my clients through this situation and out the other side successfully is the most rewarding part of my job.

Making Connections with My Clients Is Vital

First and foremost, I seek to make personal connections with my clients. I find building a relationship with my clients helps me understand how the accident changed their lives. I work hard to build trust and assuage concerns through constant communication. My ability to relate to clients throughout Georgia has helped me achieve many great victories in my career so far.

A case that really impacted me dates back to my time working in the veteran’s legal clinic at UGA. In this case, a veteran was likely to lose their home and possessions because of a bad financial situation. Through diligent research and a lot of work, my team and I were able to help him receive a significant amount of back pay which allowed him to keep his home. I am honored that I was able to help someone who had already given so much for our country. I’m equally honored that Farah & Farah shares my ideals and has such a strong commitment to our veterans.

Defending Clients Makes Me More Well-Rounded

During law school, I was able to work with the Oconee County District Attorney’s office located just south of Athens. This time was fast-paced and stressful, but my time in the DA’s office gave me invaluable experience and insight. Having the opportunity to not only spend time but to also take an active role in the courtroom under the third year practice act gave me the opportunity to get hands-on experience before graduation. Since then I have only expanded on what I learned and used that experience to sharpen my skills.

When I take on a case, my clients can trust that I will give it my all. I’ve seen how insurance companies operate all the way from the pre-suit phase up through a jury verdict and final judgment. This experience has shown me how complex a personal injury case can be. With hard-won experience and virtually unlimited resources available to me through Farah & Farah, my clients can depend on me to keep fighting for the maximum compensation their case deserves.

Staying Organized Is Key to Effective Case Management

My day always begins with taking a few moments to get organized with my thoughts and where my cases are at. I aim to manage my time well so that I can be available to my clients when they need me. Strategically planning the tasks in my daily workload helps me stay on track and keep cases moving forward. Better time management means more efficiency, and more efficiency means better results.

Client-first is what we do here at Farah & Farah. I make my clients my top priority, and by putting in the work to strategically plan my work day, I can give each and every client my full attention.

Life Outside the Office Is Spent Enjoying All that Brunswick Has to Offer

When I’m not working, my wife and I enjoy the local restaurants and breweries around Brunswick. Nothing helps me relax and unwind like a craft beer and good food at our local brewery. My wife and I love living near the Golden Isles, with all the marshlands, beautiful golf courses, restaurants, and never-ending recreational activities we’re blessed with.

As a graduate of the University of Georgia, I am a die-hard Bulldogs fan and enjoy watching every game I can. When I’m not playing a round of golf, my wife and I have our hands full with Bunker, our energetic Golden Retriever. We’re fortunate to have such a strong support network of friends and family in the area to experience life with.
