Kevin S. Caldwell is an accident attorney who has previously represented his personal injury clients’ interests in achieving the results they have earned, and has successfully negotiated and litigated numerous personal injury cases in the Fourth Judicial Circuit. Prior to specializing in personal injury, Mr. Caldwell proudly served as both an Assistant Public Defender in the Nineteenth and Eighth Judicial Circuits, and as Assistant District Legal Counsel for the Florida Department of Children and Families in the Seventh Judicial Circuit.

About Kevin Caldwell

Mr. Caldwell is a native of the First Coast, as he was born in Jacksonville and raised in Orange Park. He graduated from the University of North Florida and the Florida Coastal School of Law. Mr. Caldwell has been a member in good standing with the Florida Bar since 2003 and is also admitted to practice before the Florida Supreme Court, all the Courts of the State of Florida, and the United States District Court in the Middle District of Florida.

Mr. Caldwell is the proud father of two boys, and is a member of Celebration Church of Jacksonville.
