Attorney Jacksonville, FL
Jineane McMinn is a personal injury attorney at Farah and Farah in Jacksonville. Because Jineane has experience in a wide range of accident cases, she’s often who younger attorneys turn to for advice. She is both friendly and approachable to her team and her clients as she is fierce and discerning in the courtroom. Always willing to share her knowledge and expertise, Jineane is a great example of what makes Farah and Farah so different from other law firms in our client-first approach and collaborative family atmosphere.
Handling Any Kind of Accidents in Jax, Even Boats
For those that love boating recreationally or those that work on vessels, Jacksonville is a maritime hub and unfortunately accidents involving boats are common. I have a unique background in these types of cases which fall under a special area called admiralty law. Being able to help clients involved in accidents on land and on sea means I’m qualified to take on a wider array of cases in the River City.
I’m also one of only a handful of attorneys that hold extensive experience in Federal court. These are cases like a slip and fall on Federal property or being rear-ended by a USPS mail truck, where the case needs to be heard in Federal court. So no matter when or where an accident occurs, I have the skills and experience to make sure your voice is heard by those that have the ability to decide in your case’s favor.
Proud to be Utilized as a Mentor in the Firm
Having a lot of experience with different law firms and in unique areas of the law, I’m glad that I’m able to help teach younger attorneys the best practices they’ll need to do their jobs most efficiently. I know it’s not for everyone, but I love getting into the details for crucial aspects of the case like medical billing. Because I’ve spent so much time making sure providers are doing the right thing, I’ve become really good at helping other attorneys in our firm copy my approach. This helps the whole firm to be even better at what we do which has helped us collectively win so many cases.
Being Insanely Detail-Oriented Makes Me a Better Attorney
I just admitted I’m very detail-oriented when it comes to things like medical billing but this part of my character really extends to all aspects of my clients case. I pour over their medical records and bills, audit them to ensure everythings documented correctly, go line-by-line with adjusters, and perform 500 other tiny details that all need to work together to get the best results possible. I thrive in this environment because I’ve been doing it for a while now. I’m confident in my ability to handle all of these details while being an unwavering support system my clients need after an accident.
I’ve Been in Your Shoes When I Was Rear-Ended
When I was rear-ended I was hurt, confused, scared, angry, and lost all at once. I had to go through the pain of recovery, got nickel and dimed by my own insurance company, and experienced first-hand just how life-altering an accident can be. In an instant, I had so much extra weight on my shoulders and wasn’t sure where to turn for help. Now that I’m an accident attorney, I feel like putting a beacon on top of Farah and Farah in downtown Jacksonville for all of those victims like me that don’t know where to go. If you are ever involved in an accident and just have questions about what to do next, please call, email, or come by and see me in person—I know exactly what you’re going through.
Managing Jacksonville Accident Cases Well is My Passion
I’m a bit of a rarity in Jacksonville these days because I’m a native. I left town to attend college but came right back again for law school. It was during law school that I would earn pro bono honors for all of my volunteer hours and when I was able to spend two semesters interning at the State Attorney’s Office, Fourth Judicial Circuit. When I graduated law school, I went straight to Jax Legal Aid, which is a service that helps connect victims with free legal services.
This grounding early on helping the helpless is something that changed my career path in such a positive way. I knew I didn’t want to represent the big companies and make the rich richer. I wanted to use my skills as an accident attorney to help the hard workers in my community get their day in court and I’m proud to have been able to do so for so many.
If I’m not pouring myself into my cases at Farah and Farah in Jacksonville, you can probably find me strolling around San Marco frequenting the many shops and restaurants in the beautiful square. If it’s football season, you can bet I’ll be cheering on the Gators or the Jaguars no matter who they’re playing.
“Jineane McMinn is exactly what you want in a leader. She leads by example with her own highly successful track record while also being open and available to any member of the team. This type of collaboration is what Eddie and I envisioned for our team to be from the very beginning, which is why we’re so fortunate to have powerhouse attorneys like Jineane embodying that culture every day.” – Chuck Farah, Senior Partner at Farah & Farah
