Jineane McMinn is an experienced attorney whose practice focuses on automobile, admiralty/maritime, and premises liability personal injury cases. Jineane is a native of Jacksonville who graduated from Liberty University in 2008 with a major in English. She continued her education at Florida Coastal School of Law, where she worked for two semesters at the State Attorney’s Office, Fourth Judicial Circuit as a certified legal intern. Upon her graduation in 2012 with Pro Bono Honors, Jineane served the community at Jacksonville Area Legal Aid before joining a admiralty/maritime firm in Jacksonville. Thereafter, she worked for Warren, Metcalf & Mairs, PLLC, a boutique plaintiff’s personal injury firm for five years, and then accepted the opportunity to work with Farah & Farah in 2020.

Jineane believes strongly in educating her clients about the legal process and various insurance terms and matters; she wants her clients to understand every aspect of their cases. As a car crash victim herself, she understands firsthand the pain and inconvenience suffered by her clients who have been injured in car crashes. Jineane is an active member of the Jacksonville Bar Association, the Florida Justice Association, and the American Association for Justice. She currently serves on the Board of Directions for the Jacksonville Justice Association, a local non-profit of civil justice attorneys who represent people who have been injured by the negligence of others.
Jineane’s interests include cheering on the Gators and the Jaguars, traveling, hiking, and wine tasting.
