Meet Eddie Farah
Eddie Farah is the founder and managing partner of Farah & Farah. As a Jacksonville personal injury attorney, Eddie has been fighting for accident victims since 1979.
Eddie was born and raised in Jacksonville, along with his brother Chuck. Together, they have grown the firm from a single office in the Florida Theater building downtown into a multi-state powerhouse with offices from Atlanta to West Palm Beach. The firm was founded on the principle of putting the client first and leveraging a collaborative family atmosphere in order to provide the best experience possible for clients.
With more than $2 billion (and counting) recovered for clients, Eddie leads by example, showing what the power of together can achieve.

A Champion for the Underdog Since 1979
Personal injury law is unlike any other practice area out there. In our line of work, we meet everyday people who have gone through extraordinary events and are often facing the most difficult moments they will ever have. Whether it’s a car accident on the way to work, a doctor’s mistake that costs their health, or a slip and fall at a place of business–the common theme is that accident victims are hurt through no fault of their own and left trying to pick up the pieces.
We represent people from all walks of life and we go toe-to-toe against giant corporations and insurance companies. Our responsibility here is to make sure our clients are well taken care of. When they come to us, they aren’t thinking about the long-term effects of their accident or what may come down the road. They’re just thinking about how to pay their existing bills, especially when they’re unable to work.
We’re in it for the long haul. With more than 500 legal professionals all pushing for the best possible outcomes, we’re a force to be reckoned with, and our shared goal is to make it easy on our clients. A question I’m always asking my team is, “What have you done today to make our clients’ lives better?”
We’ll Invest in Your Case From Day One
In every case we undertake, we invest in our client’s case from day one. From that very first consultation, we’re investing our own money to try and seek every possible avenue to maximize recovery. Moreover, we don’t put a budget on what our attorneys deem necessary to build the strongest case they can.
Some law firms may not have the financial resources to pursue a maximum recovery and may need to limit their efforts in areas like what experts they can afford to bring in. We’re not like that. Whoever we need to call in to expertly demonstrate your damages and what you went through, we’ll call. When you have world-renowned experts in their field coming to testify, you level the playing field against the insurance companies or big corporations who try everything in their power to minimize their payout after an accident.
Our firm makes it so it doesn’t matter how big the other side is; we use our keen experience, a collaborative approach, and whatever resources are necessary to hold people accountable and help victims come back stronger than before.

Eddie has been a fighter for the underdogs for as long as I can remember. I have been honored to spend my career alongside him making sure victims have a voice. Stepping back and seeing all of the good we’ve been able to do is indeed humbling. Even as his younger brother, I can honestly say I see Eddie as a man whom I truly respect and admire.
