Farah & Farah Named Finalist in The American Lawyer 2026 Industry Awards

At Farah & Farah, serving people doesn’t stop at the doors of our offices. Eddie and Chuck Farah built the firm around the belief that the trust placed in us by both our clients and the communities where we live and work comes with the responsibility to give back. That’s why we are pleased to announce that Farah & Farah has been chosen as a finalist for Corporate Culture & Wellbeing at The American Lawyer’s respected 2026 Industry Awards.

A National Recognition for Firm Culture and Community Impact

The American Lawyer (owned and published by ALM) is a leading news source for the legal profession. The publication is widely known for its influential annual industry reports, most notably the Am Law 100 and Am Law 200, which rank the largest law firms across the U.S. So when it comes to a publication with significant influence across the legal industry, this is it.

Each year, this flagship publication releases its shortlist of Industry Award finalists. These awards showcase the most significant achievements in the legal field, recognizing law firms and legal leaders throughout the United States who set the bar (see what we did there?) high. The Corporate Culture & Wellbeing category, in particular, acknowledges organizations that carry out mission-driven initiatives that support the welfare and wellbeing of their members and their communities.

To be sure, making the list for these American Lawyer Industry Awards is a recognition you can’t buy. Finalists are selected based on an organization’s vision, how it allocates its resources, and the tangible outcomes it achieves in the community. The winners in 2026 will be announced live during the annual gala held at the iconic Cipriani Wall Street in New York City on November 12, 2026.

Although many firms are rightfully celebrating this prestigious recognition, our firm continues to concentrate on the people who depend on us. Each day we carry out this duty by showing up for everyday folks across Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina, while also working to better the communities where our clients live and work. Focusing on the personal side of personal injury has been our priority for nearly five decades, and we don’t have any plans to slow down anytime soon.

Standing With Some of the Nation's Largest Law Firms

The significance of this award becomes clear when you consider the type of firms that are taking part. The American Lawyer Industry Awards typically recognize massive corporate firms employing thousands of lawyers. The fact that Farah & Farah is among them shows that a client-centered, community-focused trial practice can stand among some of the largest firms in the legal profession.

In the Corporate Culture & Wellbeing category, Farah & Farah is honored to be named alongside eight other highly distinguished national law firms:

  • Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz
  • Foley & Lardner
  • Gibson Dunn & Crutcher
  • Gunster
  • Hanson Bridgett
  • Morrison Foerster
  • O’Melveny & Myers
  • Thompson Coburn

In the full list of honorees, Farah & Farah is included on the shortlist for The American Lawyer Industry Awards alongside global firms such as Kirkland & Ellis, Latham & Watkins, Paul Weiss, Davis Polk, and Skadden. We’re proud to witness this shift in legal industry recognition, which appreciates that true leadership shouldn’t be judged solely by billable hours or the size of corporate transactions; it must also reflect the real impact a law firm has on its clients, its people, and the communities it serves.

A Commitment To Giving Back to Our Communities

We are proud to have been recognized for a firm culture based on serving others. Since our founding in 1979, Eddie and Chuck have instilled their fundamental belief that we have an obligation to give back to the communities where we work and live.

This philosophy has created a culture of service within the organization that goes well beyond the best legal representation we provide to our clients. In all of our 27 office locations, our team takes an active role in mission-oriented community impact programs focused on education, public safety, and community health:

  • Launched in 2020, our flagship Empowering Greatness Scholarship Program was inspired by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s message of service and has awarded hundreds of thousands of dollars in scholarships to high school seniors who are helping to raise the standard in their local communities.
  • To protect children and ensure public safety, Farah & Farah has distributed thousands of free bicycle helmets to young people through its annual safety campaigns, community events, and public awareness initiatives, helping reduce the risk of serious head injuries and promoting safer communities for local families.
  • We strengthen our local communities by sponsoring local health projects, supporting regional food banks and veterans crisis shelters, and giving thousands of hours of community service each year.

Service has become a shared responsibility built into the very DNA of Farah & Farah, with team members across all of our offices encouraged to devote their time, resources, and leadership to their communities where and when they can.
