Kaley Dreyer Named Finalist for 2026 Florida Legal Awards Innovator of the Year

Tampa personal injury attorney Kaley Dreyer finalist for 2026 Florida Legal Awards Innovator of the Year

Farah & Farah is proud to announce that one of our own attorneys, Kaley Dreyer, has been selected as one of the finalists for the 2026 Florida Legal Awards Innovator of the Year category.

Presented by ALM and the Daily Business Review, the Florida Legal Awards highlight attorneys who are making a meaningful impact on the legal profession. Being selected as a finalist for this award places Kaley in a small group of attorneys whose work is helping shape how legal services are delivered to clients.

What the Florida Legal Awards Recognize

The Florida Legal Awards recognize attorneys, legal teams, and law firms across the state who are leaders and innovators in the industry and who make a measurable impact on the profession. The awards cover a range of categories, from Attorney of the Year and Best Mentor to Litigation Departments of the Year and Innovators, showing the many different ways in which someone can make a difference.

What Is the Innovator of the Year Award?

The Innovator category, in particular, focuses on attorneys who are changing how the legal profession delivers its services to clients. To be considered for nomination, attorneys must have recently demonstrated how their work has made a difference for clients in a way that stands out among submissions from across the state.

Legal Innovation in Client Communication

Kaley Dreyer, a senior personal injury attorney in Tampa, is one of only seven attorneys in Florida to be a finalist for the Innovators award. Her approach as an attorney focuses on making the entire client experience more transparent, more responsive, and more human. She keeps her clients consistently informed about not just the status of their case, but also what they should expect and where things stand. This level of communication helps build client trust and confidence at a time when they may be feeling uncertain or overwhelmed in navigating the legal process.

This approach fits perfectly with our client-first philosophy, and Kaley has shown that it really works. In her time with Farah & Farah, she has earned more than 700 five-star reviews, the highest volume of any individual attorney across the firm’s 160+ practitioners. Her work has also led to over $5 million in recoveries for clients, reflecting both strong outcomes and a consistent commitment to advocacy.

Awards like this reflect a broader shift in what clients expect from legal representation. While results still matter, how clients experience the process of getting there does, too.

Supporting the Next Generation of Legal Leaders

Kaley’s influence extends beyond her own cases as well. She actively contributes to the legal community through appearances on podcasts, speaking engagements, and her involvement with the Florida Justice Association’s Women’s Caucus. Through this work, she helps mentor newer attorneys and create pathways for the next generation of legal leaders.

Looking Ahead to the Florida Legal Awards Results

Winners of the 2026 Florida Legal Awards will be announced on April 29, 2026, at the JW Marriott Marquis in Miami. Being named a finalist places Kaley among a select group of attorneys recognized for advancing the legal profession in meaningful ways. Farah & Farah is proud to celebrate this achievement and the impact of her work.

Congratulations to Kaley Dreyer for this well-deserved recognition of her commitment to making the legal process more human and transparent for every client she represents.
