Meet Chuck Farah
Chuck Farah is the senior partner of Farah & Farah. Chuck started his legal practice as a Jacksonville personal injury attorney after first considering a career in accounting. However, after a summer internship at his brother Eddie’s small law firm, Chuck became hooked on fighting for the underdog. So he completed law school, joined his brother, and the firm officially became Farah & Farah. Chuck’s deeply analytical mindset and heart for service helped him and Eddie build Farah & Farah brick by brick. With a long list of case wins, Chuck has earned his reputation as a bulldog in the courtroom and a natural leader who inspires those around him to go the extra mile in each and every case our firm undertakes.
Everything We Do Here Is To Benefit Our Clients
Over my many years here at Farah & Farah, I’ve grown into the role of overseeing the operations of the firm. When it was just Eddie, me, and a handful of paralegals, that wasn’t a huge effort, but now that we have hundreds of professionals across dozens of offices and two states, it has become a little more complicated. My job is to make sure that all the moving parts are working together seamlessly to provide the best experience possible for our clients.
We’ve been intentional in every step we’ve made because we never wanted our firm to lose the family feel it was founded on. We’ve never micromanaged our attorneys; instead, we show them the respect they deserve so they can make the best decisions for their clients’ cases. We’ve found this approach to be powerful because it makes our firm a place where people actually want to come to work every day and give their best efforts. Through this collaboration, we’re able to achieve the best results possible.
Service Runs in the Blood
Eddie and I grew up right here in Jacksonville. Our mom and dad were first-generation immigrants and ran a successful community grocery store for decades. We saw through them that if you worked hard and always treated people with respect, you could be immensely successful. Our dad died when I was pretty young and we had to step up and work to help make ends meet for our family, but our mother made sure we never lacked for anything.
All of my jobs growing up were in the service industry. I worked at McDonalds, waited tables, worked in a bakery, and stocked shelves at a local retailer. Those experiences weren’t always the most glamorous at the time, but I’m so thankful for them because they made me appreciate the power of hard work, of seeing something through to the end, and how to raise the bar in how you treat your customers. As Eddie and I built the firm, we’ve never lost the service mindset. We treat all of our employees and every client with the dignity and respect they deserve.
