At Farah & Farah, we work on a contingency fee Arrangement which means that we don’t get paid until your case is resolved until you win and your case is resolved when you tell us to resolve it you’ll make that decision based on the facts that you have with you once you understand everything that’s going on with your case you’ll make a decision to resolve it and when you do we’ll be paid a percentage of that of course once your case is resolved then we would be paid a our contingency fee which has been authorized by the Florida bar but if there’s no resolution to your case if there’s no recovery you have no financial obligation to Farah & Farah
