We’ve handled numerous very difficult cases in Fort Myers. We had an older gentleman who was working and he was injured pretty significantly injured and we were able to obtain benefits for him up to the maximum from the statute, which is a 5-year period once you’re an older worker over the age of 70. He fit that demographic. So, he was well into his 70s and still working.

So, that proves he can work until he’s injured and he can’t work. So, we were able to get him benefits and then a settlement based upon those benefits being on a permanent total disability basis for an older worker.
