Calculating Your Pain And Suffering 

How do you calculate pain and suffering damages? that this is in your wisdom as members of the community to make that determination and um there’s no like calculator, there’s no factor, there’s no scorecard or you know that you you get to use. It’s just got to be what you guys think is fair. Generally, as lawyers, our job is to try and calculate some method to convey that to a jury. We either ask for like per hour or we ask for per day or per year. or whatever some amount of money and then calculate it out by how much longer that client has to to deal with those issues. It’s interesting because even the I know the Florida jury instruction about pain and suffering is little specifically starts off by saying there is no specific way to calculate this damage.
