After a Slip & Fall accident at a gas station, Charlotte got the runaround by the insurance company.
Charlotte, a schoolteacher, called Farah & Farah to get the insurance company to take care of her medical bills, so she could continue to get treatment to relieve her pain. But while she was still recovering from her Slip & Fall accident, she was hit by another car while driving.
The accident was a huge setback. Charlotte was now unable to work.
