The Jacksonville intersection of Blanding Boulevard and Youngerman Circle bustles with traffic from morning until well after dark. The crossing is surrounded by businesses – banks, restaurants, service stations and more. Its proximity to I-10 means a lot of commuter and tourist traffic.

It also means something else – car accidents. Lots and lots of car accidents.
