Growing up as an athlete and participating in team sports taught me the importance of teamwork, perseverance, and strategic thinking—essential skills in the legal field. Becoming a personal injury attorney began with my law school internship, where I discovered my passion for advocating for clients in need.
Helping others is at the heart of who I am, and I believe lawyering includes serving in the community. As a proud member of the Paul C. Perkins Bar Association, I participate in local initiatives such as feeding the homeless, organizing back-to-school backpack drives, engaging in school speaking events, and mentoring aspiring lawyers. I am particularly passionate about mentoring students and new lawyers. I’ve been in their position, and I genuinely enjoy speaking with them and sharing advice on how to navigate the legal community. I’m here to offer guidance through law school and as they build their careers in the legal field.
Unafraid of Tackling Challenges in the Name of Justice
One of my favorite quotes, spoken to me by my parents, is: “Control what you can control, and everything else will fall into place.” It is my driving force to keep learning, diving in, and working to be the sturdy pedestal my clients can lean on and the support they need. My clients won’t find me hesitating when faced with a challenge. And I will not stop when things get tough, especially when it comes to righting wrongs and seeking justice.
Fueling Passion and Adventure Outside the Office
When I’m not in the office or courtroom, I recharge with early-morning runs and time with family. I’m an avid foodie who loves exploring Orlando’s restaurant scene. I also love to travel and hope to explore Thailand one day for its incredible food and stunning landscapes. As an athlete who grew up in Georgia, I’m a dedicated Atlanta Falcons fan, and I make a point to cheer them on every season—win or lose.
