How do you file a premises liability case in Georgia? Hi I’m Khalil Farah. I’m an attorney at Farah and Farah and in order to file a premises liability case it’s first important to do a full investigation. So that means finding out what it was that injured the person on a premise. So was it a spill? Was it a leaky fridge? Was there a roof leak?

All those things are different and in each situation you may have a different theory of liability. Once you’ve established that it’s important to put all of that into a lawsuit into a complaint and get it filed with the court within the 2-year statute of limitations. If you have questions about navigating this process call us at Farah and Farah.
