David Kerce is an attorney in the Daytona Beach Office of Farah & Farah. Mr. Kerce is a native Floridian born in Lakeland in 1965. He is a graduate of Vero Beach High School, Class of ’83, and the University of South Florida, Class of ‘88. He attended the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University and graduated in 1991.

He lives in Ormond Beach, Florida with his wife of 28 years, Anne-Marie. They have three adult children and are dedicated members of Tomoka Christian Church. They are each involved in various local, national and international outreach and ministry opportunities.

Mr. Kerce has lived and practiced law in the Daytona Beach area for the past 25 years. Mr. Kerce has represented clients against insurance companies and large corporations for most of his career. He has handled all aspects of personal injury claims including jury trial of accidents involving motor vehicles, pedestrians, motorcycles, bicycles, slander and libel, malicious prosecution, funeral home director liability, land-owner liability claims, wrongful denial of insurance claims and other negligence claims.
