Cheyenne-Diaz

Cheyenne graduated from Vanguard High School and will attend the University of South Florida this fall to study Political Science. She is active in her community by volunteering with Veterans Helping Veterans USA Inc., Humane Society of Marion County, Inc., Fifth Judicial Circuit, and National Honor Society.

In 5 years, Cheyenne sees herself attending Law School and being one step closer to achieving her goal of becoming a lawyer. She hopes to have gained more knowledge and experience of what occurs in the courtroom and about life in general during her college journey, so she is better suited to become a successful lawyer.

What the Empowering Greatness Scholarship Means to Cheyenne

“Because of my mother’s income we do not qualify for Free Application for Federal Student Aid, but she does not make enough to pay for my college. This scholarship will aid me in fulfilling my dream of becoming an attorney who will represent clients in need. My goal and hope is that someday I will be in a position similar to Farah & Farah who provided me with this great opportunity and scholarship.” – Cheyenne Diaz
