Beau Teston
Pierce County High School Waycross, GA
Beau graduated from Pierce County High School and will be attending South Georgia State College this fall to study Early Childhood Education with a focus in Special Education. He volunteers his time with Beta Club, Eagle Station Advisory Board, Patterson Baptist Church, American Red Cross, and First Southern Bank Junior Board of Directors.
In five years, Beau sees himself as a Special Education teacher at Pierce County Middle School. He hopes to be finished with a Masters Degree and started on a Specialist Degree in Leadership.

What the Empowering Greatness Scholarship Means to Beau
This scholarship will help me accomplish my goals of gaining my education and remaining debt-free. I will use the awarded funds to purchase my books and offset the cost of tuition and fees.
