Alex and Jessica’s local roots mean they are intimately familiar with the Bibb County court system, as well as the local doctors, lawyers, judges, and more.
We See Beyond the Stereotypes
Motorcycle riders are among the safest, most alert drivers on the road, but they often receive unfair blame for accidents. Many motorcycle crashes happen because automobile drivers fail to watch for motorcycles. They pull out in front of them, merge into them, and follow them too closely.
However, the public often views motorcycle riders as thrill-seekers who live on the edge. It’s hard enough to go up against an insurance company, but such unfair stereotypes make it even more difficult to succeed in a claim on your own.
When it feels like the whole system is against you, look no further than Farah & Farah. When you join the Farah family, we’re your advocates for life. We will thoroughly investigate to uncover the truth, push back against the unfair stereotypes, and fight for the compensation you deserve. We’re here for you, and here for good.
My Lawyer Alex Fadoul did an excellent job on my case. The other party tried to give a minimum amount. But Alex stood toe to toe with them, and all parties agreed on a good settlement. Thanks, Alex. And thank you, Farah & Farah, for excellent representation.

My attorney, Alex Fadoul, was very thorough in his explanations of options in my case and explained the process step by step in layman’s terms. He researched cases similar to mine and got me similar results. I appreciate the hard work he and the firm did to make sure I got a fair and just settlement. I would highly recommend!!

Real Money for Real Injuries
Motorcycle crashes often cause serious injuries, such as road rash, traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, severe burns, amputations, nerve damage, and broken bones. It takes substantial compensation to cover their true costs. You may be entitled to damages for your economic and non-economic losses.
Economic damages cover the financial losses resulting from an accident, such as current and future medical expenses, lost wages, lost earning capacity, and property damage. Meanwhile, non-economic damages compensate for the more subjective impacts on your life, such as pain and suffering, loss of function, emotional distress, and loss of enjoyment of life. If you have clear and convincing evidence of intentional misconduct or gross negligence, you may also receive punitive damages.
We Fight for the Results You Deserve
We’re dedicated to recovering every penny you deserve, and we’ll take your case all the way to trial if necessary. Here are a few of our notable motorcycle case results:
- $5 million for the family of a motorcyclist killed by a red light runner
- $1 million for an injured motorcycle passenger struck by a truck
- $760,000 for the family of a motorcyclist killed by a tow truck
- $400,000 for a rider with an injured leg from being struck by a car
Our results are no accident. We win through caring, understanding, and hard work. If you’ve been injured in a motorcycle accident, we’re only a phone call away at 478-310-2562.
Do You Have a Claim if Your Loved One Dies in a Motorcycle Crash?
Yes, Georgia’s wrongful death laws allow you to file a lawsuit and recover the full value of the deceased’s life if your loved one has died from a motorcycle crash caused by someone else’s negligence.
Farah & Farah attorney Larry Huttman recently secured a $345,000 settlement in less than a year for the parents and grandmother of a 37-year-old motorcycle rider killed in a crash. A pedestrian had darted in front of the motorcycle, causing an accident that killed them both. We used witness testimony to establish that the rider could not have avoided the collision.
Georgia’s Wrongful Death Laws and the Full Value of Life
Under Georgia Code § 51-4-2 , the surviving spouse has the first claim to compensation for wrongful death. If there’s no spouse, the children can sue, and the parents can sue if there is no spouse or child. A personal representative , such as the executor or administrator of the estate, can sue on behalf of the next-of-kin if there’s no spouse, child, or parent.
The full value of life includes economic and intangible losses, such as the following:
- Loss of likely lifetime earnings
- Loss of services
- Loss of companionship
- Loss of comfort
- Loss of guidance
You may also be entitled to damages for your loved one’s pain and suffering, medical expenses, and funeral expenses.
“In a motorcycle accident, the details make all the difference. Was the driver who hit you not paying attention? Were there hazardous road conditions? Were there eyewitnesses? We don't depend on the accident report because it's not admissible in court. We conduct our own investigation. And we know doctors who can testify to how the injuries will affect you for the rest of your life. To try and get you the money that you'll need to take care of yourself.”

Georgia Motorcycle Laws That Matter for Your Case
Insurance companies often misuse Georgia’s motorcycle laws to minimize or deny valid claims. Our experienced Macon personal injury lawyers know how to counter their tactics and make these laws work in your favor, rather than against you.
Georgia’s Comparative Fault Rule
Georgia Code § 51-12-33 allows you to recover damages even if you contribute to your crash, but your compensation is reduced by your share of the fault. For example, if you are 10% at fault and your damages are $100,000, you’d recover up to $90,000.
However, the Georgia courts have determined that § 51-12-33 only applies if you are less at fault than the defendant. At 49% fault, you’d recover up to $51,000. At 50% fault, you recover nothing. Insurance companies fight hard over this single percentage point to eliminate compensation.
We’re dedicated to proving your fault falls well below 50%, and we use hard evidence. Even if you received a ticket, it doesn’t automatically mean you are at fault. We’ll also prevent insurers from using the police report against you, since crash reports are inadmissible in Georgia courts.
Georgia’s Helmet Law
Georgia requires all motorcycle riders to wear DOT-compliant helmets, but not wearing one doesn’t automatically disqualify you from compensation. Helmets don’t prevent accidents, and they don’t prevent all motorcycle injuries or even all head injuries.
Insurance companies often try to blame riders for their head injuries if they weren’t wearing a helmet. However, if a negligent driver has caused your crash, they are still at least partially at fault regardless of whether you wore a helmet. Your failure to wear a helmet might be used to reduce your compensation, though.
We work with accident reconstructionists and medical experts who can often prove that injuries would have been similar even with a helmet. If you were injured in a motorcycle crash without a helmet, even if it was a head injury, don’t let it stop you from contacting our attorneys. You may still have a claim.

The Clock Is Ticking on Your Macon Motorcycle Accident Case
The Georgia car accident statute of limitations gives you a limited window of opportunity to file a motorcycle accident lawsuit. Under Georgia Code § 9-3-33, you must file your claim within two years of the accident or the death of a loved one. If you miss the deadline, you’ll lose your right to pursue compensation.
Unfortunately, many people assume that a two-year statute of limitations means they can put off contacting a Macon motorcycle accident attorney. Waiting too long could be devastating to your case. The most important evidence, such as forensic evidence, eyewitness testimony, video footage, and black box data, can fade or disappear quickly.
Don’t jeopardize your best opportunity to recover the full measure of your damages. Call Farah & Farah today at 478-310-2562 to start your claim.
