About Xavier Saunders
In 2007 he began his career as an attorney with a local insurance defense law firm where he practiced commercial fleet litigation, appellate law, commercial and residential premises liability defense, first party insurance litigation, and subrogation litigation. Xavier subsequently joined a local plaintiff’s personal injury law firm; he represented people hurt by the careless acts of others. In 2009, Xavier established the Law Offices of Xavier Saunders, and managed a private law firm for 10 years and he successfully represented and advocated on behalf of his clients.
In 2012 in the case of Nettles vs. Milestone Properties, Inc., (16-2011-CA-006292-XXXX-MA), Xavier assisted an elderly woman, who was injured on the premises of a local shopping center. Xavier, as co-counsel at the trial, helped with obtaining a $1 million dollar jury verdict. During litigation as co-counsel, he helped a client involved in a motor vehicle collision secure a $1.75 million settlement. In another motor vehicle accident, Xavier assisted, as co-counsel, in the recovery of a $600,000.00 settlement on the eve of trial. Additionally, he has helped clients in securing settlements in uninsured motorist claims; including settlements of $283,000.00 and $110,000.00.
f Xavier’s main goal is to assist Farah and Farah with the firm’s dedication to providing the highest quality legal advice and representation to its clients. Xavier’s passion of helping personal injury victims is founded on his personal experience. During his freshman year in college, Xavier’s mom seriously hurt by a drunk driver who walked away from the accident unscathed, leaving his mother disabled for the rest of her life. He learned that accidents not only change the lives of victims, but it effects the lives of families by those injured.
Xavier has proudly contributed pro bono hours and community service via the Jacksonville Area Legal Aid (JALA), Duval County School Board’s “5000 Role Models of Excellence”, and The Sulzbacher Center.
