Given his depth of experience, Mr. Dupuy and his team handle complex litigation cases involving traumatic injuries and wrongful death stemming from car crashes, DUI, slip and falls, negligent security, and other incidents resulting in catastrophic claims along Florida’s Gulf Coast. Lawyer and Leader
During law school, I was elected President of Moot Court, clerked at the Florida Third District Court of Appeal, and served on the Board of Governors for the Law Student Division of the Florida Bar. I currently sit on the Florida Bar’s Prepaid Legal Services Committee that seeks to assist the low-to-middle income public in obtaining legal services.
Following law school, I returned to Southwest Florida and proudly served as an Assistant State Attorney at the Office of the State Attorney for the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, where I prosecuted thousands of criminal offenders for misdemeanor and felony crimes. While at the State Attorney’s Office, I had the opportunity to meet victims of drunk drivers and developed a deep sense of compassion for those injured by someone else’s criminal negligence. I also developed an enthusiasm for trial work. Those experiences laid the foundation of the work I do today. The courtroom is the only level playing field when you are up against America’s largest corporations and insurance companies – you only get their attention and respect when you are committed to taking a case to trial, if necessary.
After leaving the State Attorney’s Office, I transitioned to civil law and defended large corporations and insurance companies in personal injury cases – another experience that served we well as I came to Farah & Farah. Knowing the tactics the defense will try to use against my client is easy – I helped write the playbook. My experience on both sides of the courtroom allows me to chart the most advantageous course of action for my client’s case.
I’ll Handle the Legal Side; You Focus on Getting Better
It is my honor and privilege to help people suffering from serious injuries. My mission is to deliver peace, hope, and justice to those feeling powerless. I wholeheartedly believe clients are entitled to an attorney who knows what they’re doing and cares about what they’re doing. I place a top priority on regularly communicating with my clients to keep them informed on the progress of their cases. My clients know and trust that while I’m handling the legal and insurance matters, they can focus on getting better.
We Do Things Differently Here
I think our greatest strength is the family atmosphere at Farah & Farah. Treating our clients like family comes straight from the top. Brothers Eddie Farah and Chuck Farah are actively engaged in providing the vision and leadership necessary to inspire our employees and, consequently, achieve the best results for our clients.
Southwest Florida is Home
I am blessed to live and raise my family in Southwest Florida – my home. My wife, Kelsey, and I live in Alva, FL, with our daughter, Piper Grace, dogs (Chevy & Ruby), and horses (Sonny & Mae). We are active in the horse community and enjoy riding through the more than 30,000 acres of preserves throughout Southwest Florida. We also love boating along the Caloosahatchee River or to any number of the barrier islands.
