Attorney Jacksonville, FL
I was born and raised in South Vietnam and emigrated to the US in April 1993. Five months after my relocation to Tucson, Arizona, I represented my school to a national academic competition in Washington, D.C. (I didn’t win but sure did have a great time).
After I married my first love, Andy, I opened a beauty salon and my husband started his house flipping business. We were doing really well financially but were miserable due to social discrimination. After the birth of our daughter, we realized that we need to pave a better path for our children. Unfortunately, only one of us could go to school.
More About Leslie Ng
My husband wanted me to follow my dreams and he fully supported me, so I went back to school. At this time, my son was 2 years old and my daughter was still an infant. I worked full–time at my salon while attending the University of Arizona. I love school so much so I managed to graduate cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in political science. I got accepted into several law schools but decided to go to Florida Coastal because of scholarships, one of which was Governor’s Scholarship. When I started law school in August 2006, I was still working on my last semester (on-line) for my bachelor degree. I graduated law school with honor and achieved more than 700 pro bono hours during my 3 years at Florida Coastal.
I really love my job. I’ve handled cases involving wrongful death, personal injury, automobile and truck accidents, slip and fall, premises liability, negligent security, and products liability.
In my free time, I love cooking, gardening, and volunteering.
