In 5 years, Darius plans to have graduated college with his degree in Business Managemen. He will strive to open his own business and help provide opportunities to teens such as he can within his community.

What the Empowering Greatness Scholarship Means to Darius

During these uncertain times that we are currently facing in our country, receiving the Farah & Farah “Empowering Greatness” scholarship is a blessing to myself and my family and will have a major impact on my life by providing me with the opportunity to be able to go to the college of my choice, something that not all people that look like me have. This scholarship tells me that regardless of the color of my skin, and what I see on the news and social media, people and businesses in and around my community see me for who I am, what I am capable of, what I have accomplished, and all that I hope to accomplish.
