Jeffrey L. Gadd is an associate attorney at Farah & Farah in their downtown Jacksonville offices. Gadd was born in Salt Lake City, Utah on October 22, 1978. As the son of football coach, Tom Gadd, the family moved every few years. The elder Gadd coached at the University of Utah and later moved the family to take jobs at the University of South Carolina, University of Minnesota, and San Jose State University, among other locations.
Jeffrey graduated high school in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania and graduated from Gettysburg College in Pennsylvania in 2001 with a B.A. in Health and Exercise Science. Gadd then joined his father to coach football at Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania.
Having grown up around football, the younger Gadd decided to broaden his horizons and attend law school. His brother was working for the Jaguars organization in their broadcast and web design division when Mr. Gadd joined him in Jacksonville in 2003. He attended Florida Coastal School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2006.
During his time at Florida Coastal he was one of only two students chosen to spend the 2005 fall semester clerking in Tallahassee for the Florida Supreme Court where he had the opportunity to clerk for former Justice Kenneth Bell.
Mr. Gadd is a member of the Jacksonville Bar Association and the American Association for Justice. He is licensed to practice law in Florida and in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
He also volunteers his time to the Gator Bowl Association, the committee charged with promoting the Gator Bowl football game, enhancing its impact on the local economy, and furthering the interests of both the bowl and the Northeast Florida community.
Mr. Gadd and his wife enjoy exploring coastal areas of Florida and Georgia with their 9-month-old daughter.
Litigation is Mr. Gadd’s specialty, specifically in all areas of personal injury law including auto and motorcycle accidents, truck crashes, boating and motorcycle accidents and premises liability.
