Alan David Tucker is an associate attorney with Farah & Farah. He was born in Chicago, Illinois and raised in southern Georgia in the town of Brunswick. At the early age of six, Mr. Tucker realized he wanted to become a lawyer after watching his first episode of the TV series Perry Mason, which portrayed a fictional defense attorney. Following high school, Tucker earned his B.A. degree from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma and then went on to obtain his Juris Doctor degree from the University Of Georgia School Of Law. Immediately upon graduation, Tucker was hired by his alma mater to work as a staff attorney at the Georgia State Prison.
In 1982, Mr. Tucker opened his own law firm in Brunswick where he gained more than 30 years of experience handling a broad range of cases, including criminal defense, personal injury, workers’ compensation, professional malpractice, and admiralty. His versatility in and out of the courtroom is one of his strengths, giving him the ability to overcome a multitude of legal challenges to obtain the best possible outcome for his clients. Mr. Tucker has earned a reputation for his compassionate approach to working with clients, favoring accessibility and open communication in order to fully understand and represent his clients’ needs.
When not practicing law, Mr. Tucker enjoys spending time with his wife Heather, his children, and his grandchild. He also enjoys scuba diving, blue water fishing, bird hunting, and snow diving. He is a licensed U.S. Coast Guard Captain and attends St. Simon’s Community Church with his family.
