Timothy Jones

Attorney Jacksonville, FL

Timothy Jones is a personal injury attorney at the Farah and Farah Jacksonville office. From his many years of trial experience in the Public Defender's Office to time spent in the U.S. military including two tours in Iraq, Timothy Jones has the depth of experience that simply can’t be taught. With incredible skill born from this experience, Timothy is able to produce positive results for his clients time and time again.

When Someone’s In a Bad Situation, I Get Them Justice

Going through a tough program at Florida Coastal School of Law, I was continually pushed to do better, but pushing myself to get the best results is nothing new to me. Applying my experience and my determination, I was proud to win multiple book awards and even one for trial advocacy at the Public Defender’s College. Along the way, I received certification in legal research, a skill that serves me well as I prepare a roadmap to recovery for my clients.

When someone’s going through a bad situation, I get them justice. I always seek the best outcome and if I need to take the case to trial I always go in envisioning a win. That’s how I’ve been able to take a client from first entering my doors for a consultation through the finish line and getting them justice for their case. Crossing the finish line for my clients is what I like best about being an attorney.

Working As a Team Through Even the Toughest Personal Injury Cases

During my time in the U.S. Army, I served as everything from a Rifleman to a Vehicle Commander and Team Leader. With two tours in Iraq under my belt, I learned the true impact of team work on a mission. Now, my mission is to help car accident and personal injury victims in their time of need.

Supporting me in this mission is an entire team of absolutely top-notch legal professionals spread throughout our offices in Florida and Georgia. I love that the leaders of this organization are just Chuck and Eddie to all of us. They still handle a lot of the day-to-day and yet make themselves readily available to any member of the team. That level of support is vital to the favorable results we’re continually able to deliver to our clients.

Solid Communication Takes Priority

As a personal injury attorney, I make it a point to always keep communication lines open with my clients. Typically, this involves a lot of back and forth emails, but I’m also busy writing demand letters, talking with insurance companies, reviewing medical records, doing legal research, and many other little tasks that build the best case possible.

Having had so much trial experience in the Public Defender’s Office, I’m able to put together the best game plan from the onset of the case.

Fighting For Victims in Florida and Georgia

Going from First Coast High School, to the Army, to law school, and back again, makes me know that working as a personal injury attorney in my hometown is one of the deepest impacts I can have for people that need help in my community.

On those few occasions that I’m not in the office preparing for my next case, you can probably find me watching a Florida Gators football game at my favorite BBQ joint Woodpeckers Backyard BBQ.

“Timothy is a leader that you can absolutely depend on to get the job done. From my very first experience with this highly-capable professional, I knew that his doggedness as a personal injury attorney would be a valued asset for our entire team.” – Chuck Farah, Senior Partner at Farah & Farah
