Ashley Wentz

Attorney Savannah, GA

Ashley Wentz is a personal injury attorney at Farah and Farah in Savannah, GA. Ashley focuses on personal injury cases because of a deeply personal connection to victims stemming from an injury her mother sustained when she was a child. With a diverse background in family law, real estate, and personal injury litigation, Ashley brings an incredible level of experience to the table to ensure her clients always have a passionate advocate every step of the way.

The Family Law Firm Advantage

At Farah and Farah, our team is incredibly close-knit. We eat together, we collaborate, and we help each other achieve the very best results for our clients. With other big law firms, this just isn’t the case. Having a whole team of dedicated professionals that have my back means I can bring all my legal experience to bear. It means I can make sure my personal injury clients are never taken advantage of and get everything they deserve.

I love helping people, which is why I wanted to become a lawyer in the first place. When I was a kid, my mother was in a bad accident and had to go through many rounds of surgeries and doctor visits. The case went to trial and I even had to testify. Our attorney in her case was like family and, in fact, a while afterwards my mom ended up marrying him, so I guess you could say I grew up around personal injury.

Personal injury cases like auto accidents and slip and falls really are just that—they are deeply personal for the victims living it everyday. I make sure every client gets treatment, gets to recoup, and gets to recover everything that was taken by their accident.

Building Successful Cases Takes Grit

Graduating from one of the toughest law schools in the nation at the University of Baltimore, working my way up as a law clerk, and putting in the time as a real estate and family law attorney gave me an incredible depth of experience to draw on everyday. Personal injury cases can be really tough, but my experience prepared me to take on even the most challenging cases.

I’ve seen cases where an elderly client was hospitalized for months after another driver blew a stop sign and side-swiped them. I’ve seen other cases where the victim is never the same again, or where a life was taken prematurely. In all of these, I am steadfast in my determination to navigate the very best outcome possible for my client, no matter how much work it takes.

I love that Eddie and Chuck give me the flexibility to put my experience to work and pull together the best strategy to move these cases forward successfully.

Follow Up Means Never Leaving a Client’s Call Unanswered

I have a client-first mentality which means even if I’m in the middle of writing a new demand letter or need to go toe-to-toe with the insurance company, I will still take the time to make sure my clients are doing well and are kept informed throughout the process. No matter what, when a client needs to speak with me, I make myself available.

“From the very first interview with Ashley, you can tell that this is an attorney that has the drive, the experience, and the passion to absolutely get things done. Her depth of experience is unmatched, making her an incredible asset for our team in Savannah and the whole firm at large. Ashley has those skills that only time in the trenches can produce..these serve to help her consistently get the kind of positive results we strive for with all clients.” – Chuck Farah, Senior Partner at Farah & Farah
