Gary St. Arnauld
In 2009, Gary St. Arnauld began working as a case manager at Farah & Farah’s Jacksonville office. With more than 20 years of experience as a manager and insurance adjuster, Mr. St. Arnauld brings his valuable knowledge of the insurance industry to each case.
Mr. St. Arnauld started out as a teacher in New Hampshire before becoming the director of licensing at the New Hampshire Department of Safety. He became a member of the Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) before moving to Florida, where he implemented motorcycle licensing and developed motorcycle training classes for license examiners.
Tina Asber works with Farah & Farah as an adjuster from Florida All Lines Insurance. She has 16 years of experience handling homeowner’s insurance, personal injury protection (PIP), bodily injury, and general liability insurance cases.
As a former attorney in the insurance industry, David Hartsock’s experience and background gives him an incredible advantage as a case manager at Farah & Farah. Mr. Hartsock’s familiarity with the legal aspects of an insurance company, as well as his working knowledge about the value of a case allows him to help clients obtain significant settlements.
Mr. Hartsock graduated from Ashland College in Central Ohio with a B.A. degree in 1977, and then went on to obtain a Juris Doctor degree at the University of Akron in 1981.
In 2010, Jason Labonte joined Farah & Farah as a case manager with attorney Wesley Ford at the firm’s Orange Park office. He began his career as an insurance adjuster for Infinity Insurance, handling auto accident cases. At Farah & Farah, Mr. Labonte draws on his experience on the other side of the insurance game to negotiate the best possible outcome for the personal injury clients he now serves.
Mr. Labonte is a Jacksonville-native and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida, with a B.A. in Business Administration. He continued on to the University of North Florida and earned an M.B.A. He is a self-described Gator fan.
Dale Elizabeth Lewis
Dale Elizabeth Lewis began working as a case manager with Farah & Farah in 2009. She works with the firm’s co-founder, Chuck Farah, and manages the pre-litigation files. She specializes in auto accident, premises liability, and product liability cases.
She earned a B.A. degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Housing, as well as a Master’s degree in Mental Health from the University of Phoenix.
Ms. Lewis also enjoys working with young women as a Christian motivational speaker. Her positive outlook is a welcomed asset to both clients and the insurance adjusters she meets with daily at Farah & Farah as she strongly believes in helping people make the best choices for their circumstances.
Staci F. Lopez
Staci Lopez brings a great deal of experience to Farah & Farah as a case manager at the St. Augustine office. Ms. Lopez worked in insurance for over 20 years where she gained extensive knowledge about auto, commercial, homeowner, and liquidation claims. Fluent in Spanish, Ms. Lopez is an invaluable member of the firm and works closely with our Spanish-speaking clients.
For over 15 years, Kathy Palmer worked as a specialist in liability claims before joining Farah & Farah as a case manager. She graduated with a B.A. degree from Indiana University and earned her Associate in Claims designation from the Insurance Institute of America.
Lindsay Vandiver works as a case manager with personal injury lawyer Wesley Ford. She has been with Farah & Farah for over four years and works out of our Orange Park office.
Ms. Vandiver works closely with our clients and advocates on their behalf to guarantee that the insurance company provides fair and just compensation for personal injury or property damage claims. She also liaises between medical providers and insurance companies to secure adequate medical treatment to meet her clients’ needs.
Ms. Vandiver graduated from the Paralegal Studies program at the Florida Community College at Jacksonville, and is currently working toward a degree in Accounting at the University of North Florida.
In 1995, Tom Woods joined Farah & Farah as a case manager in Jacksonville, after having worked in Kentucky and Ohio previously. He earned a B.S. degree from Xavier University and Juris Doctor Degree from Chase College of Law in Kentucky.
Outside of the office, Mr. Woods adventure travels to various locations around the world, including Japan, Korea, Thailand, and the Philippines.
Christina Day joined Farah & Farah in 2008 as the Director of New Case Coordination at the Jacksonville office after years of working as a legal assistant and paralegal for other attorneys.
Ms. Day works as the supervisor of the firm’s in-take team. Her friendly voice is one of the first a caller will hear when they contact Farah & Farah. She and her team are available to take calls at any time and will dispatch a caller’s injury claim to an investigator to begin the basis of a case.
Ms. Day graduated with a B.A. degree in Criminology from Central Connecticut State University in 2006.
As the Executive Director of Farah & Farah’s nine office locations throughout Florida and South Georgia, Cameron Abbott is skilled at managing all 135 members of the personal injury firm. Mr. Abbott is responsible for handling various employment and budget matters, including performance reviews, compensation, hiring, and ensuring that construction projects are completed on time. He manages the day-to-day aspects of the firm to keep it moving forward, such as assigning new cases, negotiating with vendors, and reviewing financial statements.
Previously, Mr. Abbott worked as the managing director of a high volume call center, as well as the claims manager for a major insurance provider for over 10 years.
Mr. Abbott spends his free time with his family and exploring all that Jacksonville has to offer.
Jim Brandon is a vital member of Farah & Farah as an investigator. Since 1994, he has evaluated the merits of personal injury claims, including nursing home abuse, workers’ compensation, premises liability, and medical malpractice. He is a licensed investigator with the state of Florida, which enables him to inspect government records, private offices, and the homes of Farah & Farah’s clients to ensure that an injury case is valid. Mr. Brandon also has a background in psychology, having studied the subject for years at the University of Florida.
John Howe became a field investigator for Farah & Farah in 2009 and works primarily from our office in Gainesville. He travels extensively to investigate the health and well-being of our clients who have been injured due to auto accidents, medical malpractice, and nursing home abuse. In a week, he can easily travel roughly 1,000 miles to meet with a client rather than have them travel to one of our offices during their recovery.
Prior to working at Farah & Farah, Mr. Howe served in the Royal Naval Submarine Service in his native country of England as a Master Chief for over 16 years. After meeting his American wife in Cape Canaveral, Mr. Howe moved to Gainesville and worked as a broker for a major real estate firm for 16 years.
Now, as a field investigator, Mr. Howe believes that working with clients to help maintain their dignity as well as the firm’s integrity is the most fulfilling part of his job.
William A. Scull
William Scull has over 17 years of experience working closely with clients to conduct interviews and investigate the merits of their personal injury claims. He is one of the first people our clients meet when they visit our downtown offices. His excellent people skills and thorough knowledge about the insurance industry and medical issues allows him to investigate the merits of an injury case.
William L. Scull earned a degree in Criminology from Florida State University, and then went on to become a licensed investigator in Florida.
