Investigators

Jim Brandon

Jim Brandon is a vital member of Farah & Farah as an investigator. Since 1994, he has evaluated the merits of personal injury claims, including nursing home abuse, workers’ compensation, premises liability, and medical malpractice. He is a licensed investigator with the state of Florida, which enables him to inspect government records, private offices, and the homes of Farah & Farah’s clients to ensure that an injury case is valid. Mr. Brandon also has a background in psychology, having studied the subject for years at the University of Florida.

John Howe

John Howe became a field investigator for Farah & Farah in 2009 and works primarily from our office in Gainesville. He travels extensively to investigate the health and well-being of our clients who have been injured due to auto accidents, medical malpractice, and nursing home abuse. In a week, he can easily travel roughly 1,000 miles to meet with a client rather than have them travel to one of our offices during their recovery.

Prior to working at Farah & Farah, Mr. Howe served in the Royal Naval Submarine Service in his native country of England as a Master Chief for over 16 years. After meeting his American wife in Cape Canaveral, Mr. Howe moved to Gainesville and worked as a broker for a major real estate firm for 16 years.

Now, as a field investigator, Mr. Howe believes that working with clients to help maintain their dignity as well as the firm’s integrity is the most fulfilling part of his job.

William A. Scull

William Scull has over 17 years of experience working closely with clients to conduct interviews and investigate the merits of their personal injury claims. He is one of the first people our clients meet when they visit our downtown offices. His excellent people skills and thorough knowledge about the insurance industry and medical issues allows him to investigate the merits of an injury case.

William L. Scull earned a degree in Criminology from Florida State University, and then went on to become a licensed investigator in Florida.
